In november 2018, Arthur ten Wolde represented the Dutch government as a circular economy expert member of the OECD team visiting Denmark for their 2018 Environmental Review. The work included preparing documents and questions, a 2-day visit to discuss the status of the circular economy with the Danish authorities, stakeholders and experts, assisting in finalising the review, and participate in the discussion in the OECD Working Party on Environmental Performance country reviews (WPEP). In april 2019 he presented the circular economy aspects of the draft report to the Danish Minister of Environment and Food, Jakob Ellemann-Jensen, at the OECD headquarters in Paris.
