Circular Future has a clear policy for the process and approach of assignments. The basic principles are:
- Delivery: Circular Future ensures delivery within the agreed deadlines, within the budget and at the required quality level or better. It will describe the promised performance and planning in its offer to the client. Clear agreements about end dates are desirable.
- The client’s request is leading, and customer satisfaction is important. This requires a relationship of trust between the client and Circular Future
- Solutions contribute to sustainable development: Circular Future focuses on accelerating and scaling up the circular economy, including sustainability throughout the value cycle. The client is aware of this and knows that this forms the basis for the execution of projects
- Performance-oriented: the result counts, that is the focus of Circular Future
- Ownership: Circular Future uses the principles of ‘creative commons’, which means that the knowledge built during a project is shared with the public because the work is seen as part of the learning society. Exceptions are the analysis of business aspects and other company-specific data, given the market-sensitive nature
- Intellectual property: Circular Future’s own ideas and concepts remain in the hands of Circular Future, the client acquires the right to use the results of the project. Circular Future respects the intellectual property of the clients in workshops, master classes and interviews (non-public sources). Other agreements must be stipulated by contract
- Rights: Circular Future respects the rights of partners, clients and others to the highest possible level
